The clementlk.com website and Zouk & Lambada app are operated by Clément L-K. For privacy questions: [email protected].

Data used

Public use does not require an account. Your language choice and resources needed for offline access are stored locally on your device. The hosting provider may process limited technical data, such as IP address, browser details and security logs, to provide and protect the service.

Class contact form

The form prepares a message on your device, then opens WhatsApp or your email app. Nothing is sent by clementlk.com until you press Send in the service you choose. WhatsApp, Instagram and your email provider apply their own privacy policies.

Previously submitted data

The carpool feature has been removed from the website and app. It no longer allows users to browse, offer or manage rides, or send requests. Any previously stored records are no longer accessible through this feature; retiring it does not automatically delete those records. Management area

The management area is restricted to the administrator. Signed-in account details are used only to verify access and record content updates. They are not sold or used for advertising.

Private learning space

This space uses the website’s ChatGPT sign-in. The identifier, name and email provided at sign-in identify your account and verify admission approved by Clément. You may add a preferred name, city and country; these are optional, self-reported details. Device geolocation is not requested. A time zone is used to date your practice sessions.

Your space stores opened levels, self-reported progress, practice days, quiz answers and teacher feedback. You may also report class attendance for review. Marking an activity complete or passing a quiz is neither a certificate nor automatic confirmation of movement skills: a person evaluates learning.

Submitting a practice video is optional. The camera and microphone are used only after your action and device permission. Your submissions are private, viewable by you and authorized teachers providing feedback; they are not shown in the community. Before submitting, you confirm the consent of the people filmed. You can remove a submission from your space. Pilot reference videos are working materials for invited accounts, separate from learners’ submissions and Clément’s future demonstrations.

The community is optional. If you enable it, admitted members who also enable it can see your preferred name, city and country, but not your email. Messaging requires an accepted contact; practice invitations and participation you choose are shared within this space. Disabling the community, suspending access or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete stored data. No fixed automatic deletion period is stated for this pilot.
